Saru's Everyday Matcha Latte

HOT WHISK METHOD FOR AN AROMATIC FINISH

Mix ingredients below with a whisk or electric mixer till smooth with no visible clumps:​

- Warm Water (50ml)
- Granulated Sugar (5g) or Sugar Syrup (10ml)
- XI Matcha Powder (5g)

Prepare 100ml of iced milk and pour the mixture above over it. Stir well and enjoy!


Momo's Bold Matcha Latte

COLD WHISK METHOD FOR A
CREAMY AND BOLD FINISH

Mix ingredients below with a whisk or electric mixer till smooth with no visible clumps:​

- Milk (50ml)
- Granulated Sugar (5g) or Sugar Syrup (10ml)
- XI Matcha Powder (5g)

Prepare 100ml of iced milk and pour the mixture above over it. Stir well and enjoy!
